About BWL
BWL is a modular infrastructure company building the ledger layer for the Internet of Money. Three builder modules operate in parallel: SoftBlock builds financial operations infrastructure, Wave Research builds market and liquidity intelligence, Minimum Labs builds AI-native tools and workflow automation. SoftPay, SoftMint, SoundWave, BrainWave, Jarvis, and Paply are representative product examples. PayChain and IEUM are collaboration cases with partners such as Danal Fintech and Infinite Block — proof of execution, not the whole company identity. BWL Hub is the member console for IR, finance, operations, ingest, and agents.

Leadership
BWL is led by founder Minik Kim (settlement runtime, agent workflows, treasury) and engineer Tim Kim (stablecoin infrastructure, quant systems, validator ops) — backed by a team turning seven years of payments and trading experience into financial runtime modules.
